Here’s a brief description:
A song plays in the background while arrows (up, down, left, and right) scroll up the screen. As they reach the top, you step on the corresponding arrow on your dance pad to the beat of the music. Time your steps well and you’ll pass the stage. If you time them poorly, you’ll fail and have to try again. Basically, this is what Dance Dance Revolution is all about. There are a few more complicated step patterns, however, such as jumps (two arrows must be pressed at the same time) and freeze arrows.
